Walking downtown Richmond Virgina we went by this fountain. I thought I would attempt to capture it and the water flowing the best I could. Not sure if I put this in the right category. Even though I took the pic I edited so much i am not sure if it should be a pic or a photo manip. Any ideas?

oo this is so cool!! I like what you did with the editing, it almost makes it look like a winter sculpture, or a frozen fountain... either way, it's really neat! =D
