Yes indeed I would like to pick you brains and get some provided help from all you lovely people out there.
You know I don't post journals often and I thought this might be a good pool to pull some resources from.
So here is whats up...........
Many of you know I am a cancer survivor (if not ask and I will gladly share my story with you.) In the recent months I have joined a site planetcancer.com and met/networked with other survivors and current patients there. Many of them have amazed me with their incredible stories. I got to thinking and with my love for photography why not do a photobook for them. Compile their stories and have a picture or two of them. I'm still in the RAW RAW stages of this and thats where you all get to help.

I have a few ideas written down but I could use all the feed back and resources that you might think of. Such as...... I still need people to be in the book. If you know of any current or surviving cancer patients with amazing stories please send them my way. Also I suck at finding things on the web. If any of you know where I could view photobooks for ideas please let me know. Also I am in need of practice taking portraits. I want this thing to be the absolute best I can so I defiantly need to sharpen my skills. A. If you are knowledgeable in this area and wouldn't mind helping me learn and improve I'd be so grateful. B. If there is anyone out there from the great Northwest who wouldn't mind letting me take there picture and modeling for me for practices sake that would be huge! If you have a portfolio or stock you want to work on or anything I can help with I will do. I seriously need any help with this so I am totally throwing myself out to you asking for help. Thank you




Also I saw the movie "Taken" the other night. Must say the subject matter was eye opening to me. Really made me sad and sick to my stomach to see the prostitution and slavery of women like that. Its sick and disgusting that women are treated so horribly like that around the world. Makes me want to join a cause against this (If anyone knows of something let me know.) Also made me think of all the women and girls I know out there. Please me safe and use discretion. Its not a safe world!
